OUR WEDDING PROCESS

Inquire about your date via through our inquiry form. Please include approximate guest number, what you are looking for (cakes, cupcakes, desserts) and most importantly your date.

CONSULTATION
While not required, a consult call helps to discuss your vision, pricing and talk about our process. We'll gladly answer any questions you have and will send you an estimate
CONTRACT & RETAINER
A non-refundable $100 retainer and contract is due to reserve your date. This is applied to the final balance
TASTING BOX
This is the fun part! Choose as many options as you want for $15 for each dessert or cake flavor. You'll get 3 of each kind. You'll get a box for pick up or delivery. We also overnight ship tastings for an additional cost.
Please note tastings are for contracted couples only.
November - April is the best time to schedule a tasting. During our peak wedding season, availability for tastings is limited.
FINALIZE YOUR ORDER
You can change anything up to 30 days prior to your event, as long as you retain 80% of the original contract price. We'll finalize the contract, get delivery details and send the final proposal out for review.
Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
YOUR WEDDING DAY
We'll deliver and set up for you, generally two hours before the event begins. Our cakes are delivered cold and need to come to room temp prior to enjoying. You'll have beautiful desserts on display for your guests to enjoy later!
Delivery is the only option for our weddings and we charge $75 per hour of travel required by us (roundtrip from St. Albans, VT)
